Train2Work Academy is a voluntary not-for-profit, community-based training improving skills for work and learning.
Since
2025
Our mission is ‘equipping learners with the knowledge and training required to stand on their own feet, get back to work or to further their careers.’
Our grass-root community based outreach advisors, work with various community, faith group and service providers who cater to our target groups by direct contact, offering joint information and advice sessions and offering motivational workshops.
We provide them career advice addressing their barriers to education and employment including language difficulties, literacy and numeracy issues, lack of qualifications, caring responsibilities, lack of confidence and practical experience associated with a lack of UK experience, and transferring overseas qualifications and experience.
Train2Work Academy engages as a delivery partner with local authorities, Training Providers and colleges, Children’s Centres, Housing Associations, Community Organisations, Charities offering them a controlled, safeguarded and transparent training and recruitment journey for their participants.
